The School of Hope model was the first of its kind in the United States guaranteeing a literate workforce. A local school system joined with a corporation to provide training ensuring the abundance of literate job applicants and workers. The economic impact of this model was felt throughout the region. In fact, it kept businesses from relocating. The model has been duplicated in several states.

I now train school superintendents and principals and business leaders on how to be the best at what we do by exerting quality leadership and the utilization of great communication skills.
