A combination of Upper Case and Lower Case frequently used to denote a Title, in which the first letter is always in the Upper Case, as well as the first letter all words other than definite and indefinite articles (e.g. 'the' and 'a'), conjunctions (e.g. 'and'), and prepositions (e.g. 'in', 'of').
For instance, 'Publication Heralds the Discovery of Truth in Text', or 'Lecturer in Accounting'.
